Cleaner Guru was downloaded but I erased aii my contacts what do get back data?

Were you syncing your contacts with iCloud? Another email account? Or were they strictly local to the phone?

Contacts are usually a cellular function. Try contacting your cellular carrier. Or, since Cleaner Guru did the damage, contact them. Good luck!

Um... no. Contact sync with iCloud or another email account. The carrier's not going to be any help here at all.
