can't delete any apps on iPhone

Hello- I’m not able to remove any apps from my phone right now.

-From the Home Screen, I don’t have the option to delete from device.

-From the App Library, I only have the option to share or add to Home Screen.

-It is not the content and privacy restrictions issue- deleting apps is set to allow.

-I can’t even go to the device storage and delete from there.

Help!
