can't delete any apps on iPhone

Hello- I’m not able to remove any apps from my phone right now.

-From the Home Screen, I don’t have the option to delete from device.

-From the App Library, I only have the option to share or add to Home Screen.

-It is not the content and privacy restrictions issue- deleting apps is set to allow.

-I can’t even go to the device storage and delete from there.

Help!

How to permanently delete apps from my iPhone? I can’t delete any apps from my phone. Yes they are not built in. No I don’t have any screen time restrictions or content restrictions. I can only remove apps from the Home Screen (add them to App Library) but I can’t permanently delete anything even if I go into storage settings and try to delete an app that way. In need to delete some apps from my iPhone XR but all I can do is remove from Home. What setting is preventing be from deleting? I need to delete some apps I no longer use but the only option I have is to share or remove from Home screen.

Unable to delete apps from my iPhone Ok so when I try to delete an app all it gives me is delete from Home Screen so when I go to the App Library completely to the right of my screen I press on the app I want to delete but all it says is add back to Home Screen and now I can’t delete any app it just say’s remove from Home Screen HELP please 🙏 [Re-Titled by Moderator]
