I guess I don't understand you question then, since CarPlay is not an App that can be downloaded or reinstalled from the App Store and Siri would not be able to find it because it is not an App. The setting is located on your phone at Settings > General > CarPlay.

I know that it’s part of iOS. It got deleted when my wife switched to her android. I asked Siri to open it when I couldn’t find it and she said I gong have an app called CarPlay. It doesn’t auto connect when I start the car. App Store doesn’t have a way to reinstall it.

The head unit in your car needs to support CarPlay in order to use it.
It is not possible to delete CarPlay from the phone.
There is no App called “CarPlay.
I suggest you get the manual out of your glovebox and read it, or contact your dealer for assistance.
