Hi, I have the AirPods 3rd generation and I’m experiencing complete bass loss when the volume is over 60% volume. The bass only returns when the volume is turned down. This is super frustrating as I enjoy loud music. I’ve tired everything possible to resolve the issue. From resetting the AirPods to looking through Audio settings etc. I’m unable to fix the issue, I hope someone can help. TIA

I have the same issue. Sometimes when I start music, they produce full range briefly then the bass is quickly attenuated. I have try all suggested remedies. Nothing helps. Apparently, some feature of the software is attenuating the bass but I can’t find it.
