Calendly - How to setup

Hi, I want to set-up Calendly but cannot connect to their app with my current icloud password. It says the following message

"If you have two-factor authentication, you need to create a password specifically for Calendly.

  1. Sign into your iCloud account
  2. In the Security section, click edit
  3. Click Generate Password and follow the steps there. Once you've generated the password, you will be able to login to Calendly."

This doesn't seem to be an option within my iCloud dashboard settings.

Hello Mrs_T__,

This page here can help provide the needed steps and information for generating app-specific passwords to sign into third-party apps with the Apple ID: Sign in to apps with your Apple ID using app-specific passwords - Apple Support

How to generate an app-specific password
1. Sign in to appleid.apple.com.
2. In the Sign-In and Security section, select App-Specific Passwords.
3. Select Generate an app-specific password or select the Add button Blue plus sign icon., then follow the steps on your screen.
4. Enter or paste the app-specific password into the password field of the app.

As the page will help to note, this would only be available if the account has two-factor authentication enabled as well. You may find more info on two-factor authentication for Apple ID here if needed: Two-factor authentication for Apple ID - Apple Support

Cheers.
