flashlight burn

Has anyone else’s IPhone flash damaged their skin? I’ve set my iPhone on my thigh mid flashlight use, and a couple times there was a faint purple spot left where the flash was. I don’t know much about how leds affect the skin, but has this happened to anyone? For context I am a relatively med-light complexion person of color.
