Adobe Acrobate reader
I couldn't open PDF by Adobe Acrobate reader instead of Adobe Acrobate reader PRO DC
MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 13.3
The current version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC works just fine on macOS Ventura 13.3.1 (a) and has been opening a variety of PDFs from different creation software for months. I purposely don't subscribe to Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, but do have Nitro PDF Pro and it also opens any PDF here.
