Apple Watch Programming Goofiness

I’m on my second Apple Watch over three years. So many aspects of it I love, but some are just so dumb and annoying. Workout: why on earth does it make sense to have a second screen after stopping a workout in which I am required to interact (click Done), but not an option to restart the workout after accidentally pressing stop? You already created a second screen and required I click something, but the done button does actually nothing.
