Turning off Apple Watch with a paused workout?
If I turn off my Apple watch ultra with a paused workout, can I resume the workout after turning it back on?

In my experience yes. When I remove my watch in the middle of a workout, it automatically pauses. I’m not sure if just turning it off before removing the Watch will do the same. Once it’s removed, it pauses and I then turn it off. When I turn the Watch on again and go back into the Activity app, it takes a minute or two to load, but when it comes up my paused worked is up and ready to be unpaused (swipe left to right).
