I have a series 6 watch and my watchOS is 11.6.
any workout I select automatically pauses after 10 seconds. It’s frustrating.

Did you check the settings for Autopause and is your wrist band fitting tightly and further away from your wrist during the workout (1-2cm)?

Does Wrist Detection still work?
Are there any tattoos beneath the sensor?
Yes it does and I don’t have any tattoos.
Yes I turned off auto pause.
