Phone messed up after IOS 16.4.1 update

So, I was just doing my thing and got the update notification. I cleared out some storage and downloaded it. Now my phone says that I have only used 60.1 of my 64gb of storage but below that it says photos takes up 64.7. How can photos take up more storage than I have and I still have plenty of room to download other apps. Also I turn on my Mobil data and it doesn’t work so I try to use wifi and it doesn’t work, and using both at the same time doesn’t work. I have tried restarting my phone several times and I can’t find the issue. Anyone have suggestions?

Hello BraeStuard7,

Thanks for posting in the Apple Support Communities. We're happy to look into this with you.

When you say that neither mobile data nor Wi-Fi work, are you receiving any error messages? If so, what does the message say? Also, do you see "No Service" or "Searching" at the top of your iPhone screen?

The best option for both of these issues is to follow the troubleshooting recommendations from Apple, provided in the articles below to help you find the resolution needed and reconnect with your networks:

  1. If you see No Service, Searching, or SOS on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
  2. If your iPhone or iPad won't connect to a Wi-Fi network - Apple Support

As for the issues with your iPhone storage, have you utilized a computer to check the storage? If not, it's a good idea to do so, so that you can see if the information matches what shows on your iPhone or not. Once that's done, it would be best to reach out to Apple Support at Get Support, so they can investigate the discrepancy in the reported storage usage.
