Not able to upgrade from mac OS Monterey 12.6.5 to Ventura

Hello All,

I am using Macbook Pro and OS version is Monterey 12.6.5.

I would like to upgrade OS to Ventura. However when I see in >> System Preference >> Software updates the notification "Your Mac is up to date - macOS Monterey 12.6.5". There is no link for software update.

Is it possible to upgrade it to the latest Ventura version.
