You can update your phone to 15.7.5, if it doesn't work doing it wirelessly, then see the instructions below for how to update using a computer.

While they are discontinued, they can still update to supported iOS versions regardless.

The 6S can update to iOS 15 just fine.

Since it's a bit far behind in updates, it may need to be updated through a computer instead.
