Why shouldn’t I make a new Apple ID in this device

If you are logged in these forums, then you have an Apple ID. The email address and password you used in these forums are an Apple ID even if they weren't before.
If more than 3 apple IDs have been created directly on the device, no more can be created there, but you can create one externally at https://appleid.apple.com or by logging in to these forums.
