exchange calendar sync ical

Using iCal on MacOS Ventura to access a calendar on MS Exchange is having major issues.

Using my work's Exchange calendar, the iPhone calendar synchronization seems accurate, but the MacOS iCal app is unable to correctly synchronize data. Both devices are configured with the same information and credential. Deleting the account then re-adding the Exchange account seem to fix the sync issue for a period of time. But, its just a matter of time before the issue reoccurs. Sometimes the sync issue is obvious, like today where a one hour meeting shows up as a two-day event (on my phone it shows up correctly). But other times, its a missing event that you only find out about after someone asks you why you weren't there. This makes the iCal app impossible to trust, or use. Refresh all calendars, or just the Exchange calendars has no affect. The data is wrong, but only in iCal on the MacOS. Is it possible that its caching bad data, and then now allowing the refresh to replace that bad data?

Since a number of people have reported something similar, I keep hoping there will be a bug fix soon. Is anyone aware of fix that exists or is being worked?
