Hi Jab18,

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities.

With Apple Watch, your parent can share their health data with you, but Apple Watch would only be able to notify you if they have Fall Detection enabled and have you set as an emergency contact to be notified.

Turn Fall Detection on or off
1. Open the Watch app on your iPhone, then tap the My Watch tab.
2. Tap Emergency SOS.
3. Turn Fall Detection on or off. If Fall Detection is on, you can select Always on or Only on during workouts.
If you entered your age when you set up your Apple Watch, or in the Health app, and you’re age 55 and over, this feature turns on automatically. Make sure that your correct age appears in your Medical ID and your Health Profile. Fall Detection is available only for those 18 or older.
Apple Watch cannot detect all falls. Your watch might detect high-impact activity as a fall and trigger Fall Detection.

You can find these details and more about setting up the Medical ID and adding emergency contacts in Use Fall Detection with Apple Watch - Apple Support.

To share health data, your parent will need to have an iPhone with iOS 16 or later and an iCloud account with two-factor authentication enabled. Make sure you review all requirements in Share and view health data in the Health app - Apple Support.

Share your health data with someone

1. On your iPhone, open the Health app.

2. Tap the Sharing tab, then tap Share with Someone. Make sure that Health is turned on in your iCloud account.

3. Search for a contact to share with. A name in blue indicates that the other person’s device supports sharing. Gray means their device does not support sharing.

4. Tap See Suggested Topics or Set Up Manually.

5. Choose the data you want to share.

6. Tap Share, then tap Done.

The person that you selected will receive an invitation to begin viewing health data.

If you live in the United States, you can share health data with participating heal
thcare providers.

Regards.
