My phone doesn’t have the toggle switch to turn on my case speaker?
I’m trying to turn on my iPod pro 2 case speaker. When I go into settings, nowhere to be found is the toggle switch to turn it on. What can I do ? Tia

I may have misread your post. Seemed to me you had a case with a speaker built into it. The speaker is where you’d use the toggle switch.
Troubleshooting Charge:
As for an external power bank, it just runs off of when plugged in. No toggle switch is needed, unless it is built into it. So, is there is no toggle switch, and you are not getting power from the power bank, then:
- Power Another Device:
See what occur last when you plug this in to a different device. Do you get a charge
- Try Another Charging Cable:
If not a wireless charger, then try charging with another cable.
- Verify Compatibility:
Look up the device, and make sure it is compile with your device.
