Search mac mail attachments

I go into Library/biome/streams/restricted/mail downloads and see the attachments but Filefinder search for name doesn't work properly for the whole folder... I want to search emails for jpg file attachments with certain keywords in the name. Any suggestions? Search within the mail app doesn't look at the attachments, from what I see.

"Filefinder" what is this third party...(?)

It seems the path would read more correctly as ~/Library/Biome/streams/restricted/MailContent

however this is not a path I would drill down in. Not sure how you came to that path(?)

Mail uses the Spotlight database as well as Finder— if it is not returning results as expected I would try rebuilding the database.

Rebuild the Spotlight index on your Mac - Apple Support

the best approach above all others for the most complete index I have witnessed, is using the drag and drop of the Macintosh HD

Verify your Spotlight Settings includes Mail

you can see the re-indexing working...adding something to the search window will reveal:

Finder=File Finder

So I believe spotlight is indexed OK. The issue is I'm dealing with attachments to the email. That is why I'm drilling down into the mail folder where attachments seem to be stored. I have a feeling that spotlight doesn't search in these hidden library places and I have thousands of eamail attachments to look thru in thousands of sub folders... but I'm getting around the issue in another manner so I don't want to use peoples time... just if there is familiarity with such an issue. Thank you very much for your time

Mail and attachments for Ventura is the V10 folder

Finder>Go>Go to Folder copy and paste:

~/Library/Mail/V10

I would suggest you re-index Spotlight using the drag & drop Macintosh HD method to sort your issue and compare your results.
