I just purchased a TV show from iTunes. However, it is not appearing in my library. Why isn't it? Also, the price of the TV show was listed as $9.99, but Apple deducted $21.01. Why the discrepancy?

Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support
