Washed my Apple Watch

I have an Apple Watch Series 5 and I accidentally washed it. I tried to do the water eject but it died right after. Will my watch be ok?!?!?! I just don’t want to spend so much money so soon

Water Resistance on Apple Watch Series 7 Hi, I bought my apple watch about a year ago, it is a 7th generation watch, and just yesterday I accidentally put it in the washing machine for a cycle. This cycle contained detergent in powdered form and a fabric softner in liquid form. By some divine miracle, my apple watch still works (thank god), but I am worried about its water resistance coat for future activities, as this, no doubt, has surely worn off some of the water resistance coat. I am wondering, is there any way I could get a new water resistance coat applied whether it be from apple themselves or a reliable third party which would be compatible (and safe) to apply to my apple watch? Thanks

hard to say, if it was me then I would place it in an open bowl of uncooked rice on a radiator or heated bathroom floor for some 48 hours and see if the rice has drawn out the moisture and if it made it better, if not then
