Intune shared iPads: why cannot save keychain in iCloud?

If you have a managed device, the System Administrator may have applied management policies that restrict access to various settings and features. By design, applied policy cannot be readily bypassed.

You will need to seek assistance from your System Administrator - as only they can make the necessary policy changes.
