Back glass replaced

I just had my back glass replaced on my iPhone 13 Pro max and now the magnet isn’t sticking to my car mount without the MagSafe case. Would a new back glass mess with the magnet inside?

My new case doesn’t fit and magnet isn’t strong I am super excited about my brand new iPhone 16, and I got a new otter box case bought from the Apple website at the same time as the phone. The case makes the magnet very weak, and also the case does not seem deep enough to protect the phone. Is there anything I can do? Can I exchange the case? The order number is W********7 thank you! Who replaced it? If it was Apple, take it back and have them fix it.

If it was a third party repair shop, they didn't use genuine Apple parts and it may not work. Take it back to the shop and see if they can fix it.
