Download music not playing

Why is my downloaded music not playing when I have no service? It’s downloaded it should play whenever I want it to that’s what I’m paying for. I’ve tried restarting my phone, offloading the app, closing and opening the app nothing has worked

Apple Music Streaming Issues on Cellular Data Recently, I noticed that I am unable to stream Apply music while using my cellular data but it works while over WIFI. I have checked with my cell phone service provider and everything is current and up-to-date on their end in regards to my data services. I have updated my iPhone to the latest software version (took almost 4 hours) and the Apple Music app still does not allow me to stream over cellular data. Some quick assistance/fix with this app would be greatly appreciated.

‘Request timed out’ or ‘Resource unavailable’ for Apple Music - XS Max IOS 17.4.1 Apple Music won’t play on mobile data any more. This is absolutely infuriating, it’s fine for WiFi but as soon as I’m off WiFi Music completely packs up. Yes, mobile data is definitely on. I’ve tried removing and reinstalling the app. I’ve turned off Dolby atoms and lossless audio. Restarting my phone. It’s Apple Music only that’s affected, and only on mobile data. It seems like others have had this issue on lower IOS's and thats where it started so I updated to 17.4.1 and still the same . I've done the reset network setting and still nothing works.......Annoying and getting to me big time...

Try the nuclear option - hard erase and reset, or schedule Apple in-store repair.

If you go the nuclear way, restore your apps manually one by one using screenshots taken prior to the reset. Do not restore from an iCloud backup.
