Shared Apple ID on work phones and blue tooth issue devices connectivity issue

I work for a healthcare company that provides care to the elderly and the company relies on staff to use iphones with software documentation including communication apps such as Zello. However, some genius decided to put the same Apple ID on over 6 iphones and it was not until they insisted on ear pieces for all the workers that it has came to light on the bluetooth issue. Is there a solution that can be pitched to the company without making someone sounding like they are calling someone an idiot for creating the same apple id for all the work phones?

Any suggestions that won't offend a company's management?

Using an Apple ID on multiple devices is not a recommended practice. In fact, it is specifically recommended against.

Your org needs a Mobile Device Management platform. Apple offers one called Apple Business Essentials. Other popular companies with options are Mosyle, Jamf, Kandji, and JumpCloud.

Thank you for your answer. I passed on the information to my director at my workplace and she told me that she would pass the information on to the company's home office for them to look into.
