I keep getting Bill Payment APPLE COM ONE showing up on my bank statement

I got this on my latest bank statement and also last year but didn't followup then. Apparently this is a subscription renewal fee for Apple News and Widgets which was, in the recent past, free.

I too keep getting billed randomly about $13 a month which shows up on my bank statement.

Had to get a new debit card. I have my bank email me every time a transaction gets made. I caught this transaction on Sunday.

If I have any new Apple.com bills I did not give them authorization to take any money. I would like it to stop please.

Which none of these apply. This many people ? I’m telling you something is wrong. I know my purchases I share this account with no one. You just keep doing what your doing Jeff , maybe you too can work at the White House!

stopped my storage plan went to free plan to where I am not being billed . That’s when the problem stopped. I think something is up in storage plan billing. Thanks though. I have had experience in compromised cards.

and do you see the charges in question? If so, you can request a refund if they aren’t your charges. Charges are attached to an Apple ID, which if you see them, and you didn’t authorize them, your Apple ID password is compromised.

If you don’t see the charges, then your credit card is compromised.

Apple emails me a receipt for all my charges. Are you receiving the emails? If not where/how are you becoming aware of the charges?

It’s really weird, all of my charges for a game I used to play are all there so I decided to compare charges to see if amounts matched but nope totally different dates and amounts and nothing to reflect a purchase.

What payment method was used? If this link doesn’t have a matching charge ($ dollar amount), then it may be a fraudulent charge, and will need to be reported to the fraud department at your payment methods servicing bank. Use the number on the back of the physical card to reach their support team.

is a description of some Apple service that is taking $14.92 from my credit union debit card every 2 weeks. Im mad as ****!!!! This has been going on for months and i have never authorized this

Please, let’s tone down your frustration. Apple Support Community is a user to user community. If you’re under the impression you’re communicating with Apple Support or Apple Corporate, you’re mistaken.
