Unable to add Discover credit card to Apple Wallet

MY PROBLEM HAS BEEN SOLVED!!! My Discover Card is now in both my phone and my watch's wallet!!! Yayyyyyyyyy!!!! After spending hours on the phone with Discover and Apple...a very nice and wonderful "Senior Advisor" at Apple discovered that all I needed to do was reset my network settings on my phone. After the network settings were reset, I was able to add my Discover Card to my wallets without a problem. Amazing!
Reset your network settings:
If you're using iOS or iPadOS 15 or later, tap Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings. If you're using iOS or iPadOS 14 or earlier, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

Interesting; I just noticed that my transaction history for Discover in the wallet hasn’t included any transactions since January.
I, too, have been having the same problem. I can't add my new Discover Card to my iPhone 13 ProMax Wallet, and I can't add it to my Apple watch wallet. The funny part is that my husband can use his iPhone 14 to add my Discover Card to his iPhone and Apple watch wallet without a problem. Works like a charm for him for some reason, but doesn't work at all for me.
I've been bouncing back and forth between Apple and Discover Card. Nobody can help me figure this out.
I have an iPhone 14 pro max and it’s still not working… at this point someone should be responsible. When I told Apple about other people having trouble adding the discover card, I got “Every case is different”, who’s gonna tell them that if it’s a pattern then there’s obviously something wrong with their service?

Yes, but Apple is not reaching the service that DOES approve or deny when my Discover card is being added. That’s the problem.

Do you have an Apple Watch? I’m still having issues with adding Discover credit card in Apple Pay for the Apple watch. iPhone works fine now.
Interesting. My Discover card is the one that I use most in the Wallet, never had a problem, been there for as long as the Wallet has existed.
What troubleshooting steps have you taken to resolve your issue?
*(I know most people get it early, but it's like #14 for me)
