During this update the phone went black and just stays on the loading screen. I cannot even turn off the phone. iPhone 13

My iphone 11 pro won't turn back on after this last software update

If it's been more than an hour and it doesn't move past the Apple Logo with a progress bar, force restart the iPhone.
