I reached out to apple support to verify my identity to unrestrict my apple pay after confirming my name address etc- with customer support they were still unable to unrestrict my apple wallet after resetting it twice .

Yes ,, i’m unable to pay or receive money through apple pay.. i’ve even attempted to create another apple id to see if it works and it’s the same issue
