Epson ET -5850 not found on AirPrint

I installed this printer with difficulty, I had to use the ip address to add to my MacBook and to my PC. I did the installation setup on both devices. I never saw an enable air-print option, so I went to the IP address I installed it under. I saw the Product Status page, clicked Network, AirPrint Setup, and Entered my Geo Loc, IPP protocol and no pin as requested. None of my iPhone devices can see the printer when trying to print like my old HP.

I deleted and Added the printer again in Settings>Printers on my mac and no difference.

I logged in as administrator on the printer, network, AirPrint, Enable AirPrint, Ok. iPhone still does not see the printer, but safari on iPhone can login to the ip address fine.
