Why can’t I modify my apple id ?

Hello,

since my las iphone update was interrupted by a phone call

I cannot modify anything about my apple account from my iphone

I don’t know how I can fix it

please help

iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 16

Oh.. I’ve deactivated the screen time function

And it came back to normal !!!

Since this is my phone and I have no kids I’ve never thought of screen time configuration would be the problem but it was ..

Nothing at all!? You were able to check a couple of the threads, and walk through the step given, all in two minutes?! Incredible!

Did you try to turn of screen time as suggested in this thread?

Did you see the reply in this thread? A forced restart, as suggested, takes all of two minutes, not counting the time it takes to check out the rest of the suggestions given.

If I am misunderstanding something, and non of the replies in the threads are of assistance, then please Contact Apple Support.
