While transport layer security and the certificate vendors are themselves a fine mess, the trust store mess is entirely unrelated to Google and their user-tracking and targeted-advertising businesses.

Your concerns around privacy and tracking would be better directed to your legislative representatives, as they are in a position to regulate matters involving commercial activities and data privacy.

Whether you realize it or not, at some point in the past you clicked a Google item and agreed to Google's terms. Google has proof that you did this, so good luck on your lawsuit.
