Delete a certificate

Launch Keychain Access (it's in your Utilities folder which is in your Applications folder). In the Keychains section click on "login" and "Local Items" and then select My Certificates from the Category section. Delete anything you don't want from there.

Don't mess with the "System" and "System Roots" Keychains.
