You are going to a website that has an invalid certificate, or you have a subscription calendar that has an invalid certificate.

Go to Settings/Calendar/Accounts and look at Subscription Calendars, and delete any you don’t recognize.

Another thing to check: Settings/General/About, scroll down and tap Certificate Trust Settings and see of there are any installed certificates there.

Also Settings/General/VPN & Device Management and see if the certificate is there.
