I can't find "profile" under general... And even it's not there when i have dinner search on settings about it

The Apple built-in certificates are part of iOS, and cannot be deleted.

Check:
Settings > General > VPN Device Management
If not present, or not deletable, contact your employer’s IT organization.
If the iPhone is supervised, you will not be able to alter its configuration, except as IT permits.
