For added certificates, remove the profile. For removal of the trust root certificates discussed in the Related Article linked above, those are built-in, protected, and alterable only by Apple. There are easier ways to render your iPhone utterly and fundamentally unusable.
If security is of interest, I would strongly encourage updating to the most current iOS available for your iPhone. iOS 14 shown from the footer here is not that.
