Somehow a certificate tried to establish it on my phone. What do I do to get rid of it?

How can I get rid of a failed trust certificate.

Hey Rich s2014,


A certificate typically comes with a configuration profile that was installed on your iPhone. This could be from your employer, school, or from an app or something else you manually installed. If you're not sure where it came from, you can see the profiles installed on your iPhone at Settings > General > VPN & Device Management.


If you need the associated profile, you may be able to manually trust the certificate following this guide.



If you don't recognize the profile or certificate, or you do not need it, you should be able to delete from Settings > General > VPN & Device Management.
