The Apple built-in certificates are part of iOS, and cannot be deleted.

But I want to delete another certificate that has been trusted for work network... Not the apple certificates

Check:

Settings > General > VPN Device Management

If not present, or not deletable, contact your employer’s IT organization.

If the iPhone is supervised, you will not be able to alter its configuration, except as IT permits.
