Button shapes won't turn off

I got this problem after the 16.4 update and the button shapes just won't turn off. I've tried restaring with it turned on and turining it off after the restart and even resetting but nothing fixes it.

iPhone 12, iOS 16

Hello k_ratnayake,

Go to Settings > Accessibility > Text display and size > Color filters, activate "Color Filters" then select "Red/Green Filter" and finally disable "Color Filters". The problem seems to come from "Grayscale"; if you disable "Color Filters" with this choice of grayscale, the buttons remain highlighted.
