Unrecognised charge
I have been charged for a purchase which does not appear in my purchase history. Invoice shows iPhone and I have not used an iPhone in over 3 years. Also cannot connect to Report a Problem.

Presumably the charge has been made to your Credit Card?
If so - and you have received your Credit Card bill to pay - you might be well advised to challenge the unexpected/unrecognised charge through your Credit Card issuer.
You’re very welcome. Hopefully the bank will be able to explain (and if appropriate - reverse) the charge.
Thank you for your response. Downloaded Apple Support app but not of much use as the only way to contact them is via phone and it is very costly to call from South Africa. No purchases reflect in the last 90 days. When I select 2022 it shows purchase in 2023 and when I click on the purchase amount (even though the bill date shows May 2023, it reflects purchase was made in Dec 2021. Totally stumped...
It has indeed been made to my Credit Card. Thank you for your response and guidance, will contact my bankers to see if this can be resolved.
