why won't my computer let me delete spotify

Can't delete Spotify off my computer, I've tried all the ways. It pops up every time I restart my computer even though I haven't used it in YEARS so there's no reason to keep it, but I can't get rid of it!

It starts itself up even without me doing anything. I have a monthly subscription with another music/podcast/book service and would really like to uninstall this Music app from my system as it is not needed. Spotify app black screen after update on mac air. spotify app screen is black after update on mac air 2017. App has been uninstaled and installed again. Still same issue. 80 gb of free space in mac.
