Hi McAbc-you should have no trouble at all. Your m1 Mac mini supports 2 external monitors, 4k@60 which is what the monitor will do, one via hdmi and one via Thunderbolt 3( usb-c) both of which the monitor has, so should be just fine

You have three viable options with that display. USB-C, HDMI and USB-C to DisplayPort

Depending on the quality of the supplied BenQ cables, you may find yourself upgrading to higher quality aftermarket cables.


For example,

a Premium Certified HDMI cable.

a Apple Thunderbolt/USB-C cable.

or an 8k USB-C to DisplayPort cable.
