I am trying to update to Ventura. The system update box just keeps spinning and never stops and gives options to upgrade too. Any solutions to this? Thank you.

Wondering if you have enough free storage space on your MacBook Pro for the update, and also for smooth operation of the existing MacOS.

If needed: Free up storage space on your Mac – Apple Support

Also, seems beneficial to upgrade gradually to Ventura, if your Mac is running one of the older Mac OS versions.

(ie: work up in steps through the "in-between" MacOS versions)
