itunes gift card

hi i bought itunes gift card at store in south africa and i was scam of the 16 code at the back of a card as it was the first time using them and i dont even know as the money disappear from my itunes card and it was R3000 rand so idont how to get the money back

Who scammed you?

Ask you money back from that Store, you do have the proof of payment.
