AirPod Pros - constantly make the "moving with you" sound

Every time I open or move my AirPod Pros they make a sound that I've learned is the "moving with you" sound.

They're properly registered to me, show up in my Find My devices list, registered to my apple ID, connected to my phone, etc.

I have reset them, re-paired them, removed from find my devices all multiple times.

Every time I leave the house with with them I get an alert that there's a pair of AirPods moving with me

Apple support had me re-pair them and remove them from my Find My devices which didn't help

How do I convince these airpods I own them??
