Why does my phone keep logging me out of my Imessages and not letting me log back in?

Wondering if you have recently changed your Apple ID or Apple ID password. If so, you may need to log out of Messages with the old one(s), and log-in again with the new one(s).

Else:

You may need to update to the most recent iOS16 update (iOS 16.5)
