If you purchased the Ultra within the last 14 days, you can return it for refund and get the watch you want. If you've owned it more than 14 days, Niel is correct in that it is not eligible for trade at this time. In that case, it wouldn't be very difficult to find someone who would like to buy a nice Apple Watch Ultra off you.

Apple isn't offering trade-ins for it. Check the store's return policy or sell it to someone else.
