Over the last few months, every time i submit a new build for review, the usual (+) button for choosing a new build is missing. I refresh, close and reopen the page. Still missing. As of this moment, I cannot submit. This seems rather urgent. Perhaps I just skipped a step or need to think well outside the box?

Respectfully however, for others like myself who do not know about this, to eliminate our panic. I ask that site engineers make a tiny improvement:

No. Excellent question. After waiting, the button appeared. Thanks. Respectfully however, for those who do not know about this, please show a button during this wait period, clicking it can show a list of the old versions (as it once did and is my preference), or an alert saying that:
No new build has arrived. Arrival can take up to half an hour.
Even better if the button changed color, or said more than just "+."
Are you adding any specific period of "waiting" other than just refresh, close, and reopen. It can take anywhere from 5-30 minutes. Maybe longer.
You will want to submit your feedback to Apple, as they may or may not see it here.
