Apple App Store developer support

We recently uploaded our app for review it got reviewed and we published it too, However when we see the name under developer tab,

Our company name is not been seen, We see a individual developer name(testingSimonApp) over there, We need this to be resolved As soon as possible

We have raised a ticket with Apple Developer support to 5 days ago , But not getting any update from official Apple developer support .

Can any body help me as what to do in this case, It will be of great help to me.

We’re not Apple. We can’t do any of that.

Whoever built the app didn’t use the company developer ID to sign the build.

Re-submit with the app signed as you want it.

(I would not expect Apple to re-sign your app for you by using your credentials. They don’t have your private key.)
