Hey letha275,

AppleCare+ isn’t classified as a subscription, so you won’t be able to locate it the “normal" way. To find the warranty for your AirPods, follow these steps: Find the serial number of your AirPods - Apple Support. You’ll need to scroll to the bottom of the screen to see the date it expires.

If you’re seeing a charge for a total of $17.99, the payments have most likely have been bundled together with another purchase. This article can show you how to check: If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support

If you’re unable to determine what exactly you were charged for, please reach out to our Billing Specialists who are happy to explain the charge you’re seeing: Get Support

Take care.

Hi letha275,

It appears you may have an unpaid balance based on the details you supplied. The site Check your Apple Account balance outlines how to check your current balance and steps to take if you feel it is incorrect.

The article If a message says 'billing problem with previous purchase' or 'verification required' also offers this information on unpaid balances:

"Use an Apple Gift Card or App Store & iTunes gift card to pay an unpaid balance

  1. Purchase an Apple Gift Card or App Store & iTunes gift card.*
  2. Redeem the gift card.
  3. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Settings app, then tap your name.
  4. Tap Media & Purchases.
  5. Tap View Account.
  6. Tap Purchase History.
  7. Tap the order with red text that says Amount You Owe.
  8. Tap Pay with Apple ID Credit.

After you pay for the unpaid order, you can make purchases with your remaining Apple Account balance."

Regards.
