RSS Newsfeed setup for reader needs

I need rss feed app to link up with a website i use for critical work news. I need one that can open these types. Can anyone open any of the rss feeds drom this website? https://www.ruralhealthinfo.org/rss/topics If you can please tell me the app you used to do so? I’m on my ipad…… Do i need to use my MacBook for full access? Please help me.
